Details about the Challenge:
Start Date: MARCH 30TH
End Date: APRIL 8TH
5 full workouts with video including full body, HIIT, upper body, lower body, and core. All home workouts. Dumbbells, Resistance Bands and preferably a Mat or surface to workout on is recommended, but not necessary.
